Normal.dotm error when closing Word

Symptoms

• Try to close Word and receive an error
• Words asks for Save location upon exit
• Difficulty opening and closing Word documents

Solution

1. Navigate to user’s AppData\Roaming\Microsoft folder
2. Right-click the Templates folder and select Security
3. Provide Full Control to NT SERVICE\TrustedInstaller on FACULTY
4. If all else fails, ask David Phelps.
