Symptoms
- Try to create signature and receive an error
Solution
- Navigate to user’s AppData\Roaming\Microsoft folder in their N drive
- Right-click the Signatures folder and click Sync -> Sync selected Offline Files (you may need to do this on the Microsoft and Roaming folders above it as well)
- After it has synced (window won’t say it’s offline), delete the folder
- Close Outlook and re-open
- Try to create signature again
If it still doesn’t work, try changing permissions on Signatures folder to allow full access to either CREATOR OWNER or TrustedInstaller
