Sending contacts or groups to another person

Attaching the contact in an email

  1. With Outlook open, switch to the Contacts screen by clicking the Contacts button in the bottom-left of the screen
  2. Select the contact or group that you would like to share by clicking on the card (or name if you are viewing contacts as a list)
    *To select multiple contacts and/or groups, hold Ctrl on your keyboard while clicking each additional contact or group

  4. On the home tab in the ribbon at the top of the screen, click Forward Contact and select As an Outlook Contact
  5. Now just add the email address of the person you want to send the contact to and press send

Saving a contact sent to you

  1. Check your inbox for a message with a contact or group attached to it
  2. Double-click on the attachment to open the contact or group information
  3. Rename the group if you would like and then click Save & Close. That’s it!
